分段式芯棒

用于动力驱动的精确内部夹紧，从而进行车削、铣削、磨削和啮合操作，带有快速更换装置和大套筒

现代的生产技术几乎无法割舍对分段式芯棒的使用。在精加工、车削、磨削、啮合和检查领域，分段式芯棒承担着重要复杂的任务。芯棒各段之间的空间填充了富有弹性的硫化橡胶，可达到1.2 mm的大伸缩度，让工件进入芯棒时更加轻松。同时，硫化橡胶还能起到减震作用。每段芯棒均采用经过硬化磨光处理的钢材制成，精度高，耐磨损。
