RÖHM makes its mark with new machine vices

Economical products of proven quality – the characteristic marks of the new vices of RÖHM’s Orange Line.

The new RB-M and RB-K machine vices from the clamping and gripping technology specialist RÖHM make a convincing impression, with their tried and tested quality and excellent cost-benefit ratio. As members of the Orange Line product family, the new machine vices are carefully adapted to the customer's expectations and have been brought out in a new and optimised design.

For use with both universal and standard milling machines, as well as in serial manufacture, the two vice models offer exactly what is needed - high clamping accuracy, functionality and ease of handling along with an excellent cost-benefit ratio. The hardened jaw guides and encapsulated mandrel of the new vices are examples of RÖHM's typical durability and resistance to wear and tear. The new and optimised design is not just aesthetically attractive, it also guarantees the best possible outflow of chips and coolant. Lengthy and laborious cranking is no longer needed, thanks to a special system of bolts, which makes it possible for high clamping force to be generated without undue exertion.

The longitudinal grooves in the base of the new machine vices facilitate precise fixing on the machine table, either with the help of clamping jaws or by direct screwing. And there is the further possibility of using the vices on a turning table with marked gradations. Both machine vices have the same platform, and so offer exceptional flexibility. It is easy to upgrade by changing the mandrels from the RB-M (the mechanically operated variant) to the RB-K (manual variant with power assistance). Both machine vices can be supplied directly from the warehouse and so will be set up and ready for use in next to no time.

As a powerful brand with a long tradition, RÖHM is known all over the world for its long-lasting and high-precision products - and it goes without saying that these typical properties are also evidenced in the products of the Orange Line.
