Power chucks are chucks for cutting and/or grinding machining on machine tools or machining centers. In contrast to manual chucks, the clamping jaws are opened and closed automatically. A hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder is controlled by the machine and actuates the opening/closing mechanism of the lathe chucks.
Power chucks with through-hole
for automated series production of turned parts and machining bars; 2 or 3 jaws, 60°, 90° serration, tongue and groove
Power chucks without through-hole
for automated series production of flat turned parts such as washers, flanges, etc., 2 or 3 jaws, 60°, 90° serration, tongue and groove
Power chucks with quick jaw change system
for automated manufacturing with quickly-changing geometries; 3 jaws, tongue and groove
Air-operated self-contained chucks
3 jaws with integrated pneumatic cylinder especially for precision machining of long pipes. For machines without an integrated clamping cylinder for retrofitting conventional machines with manual chucks.
Draw-down chuck
3-jaw ball lock chucks with active draw-down for maximum plane-parallelism
The F-senso 2
For measurement of clamping force on lathe chucks.
